摘要
脱疽是中医外科疮疡类的难治性疾病,崔公让教授20世纪80年代主编出版我国首部《脱疽》专著,在脱疽的中医诊治方面积累了丰富的临证经验,创制出多种治疗本病的内外治良方,临床效果显著。崔公让教授在全身系统治疗方面提出"控制感染、改善循环、清除坏死、促使愈合"外科处理原则并自拟通脉活血汤加减辨证治疗。在局部创面处理中注重疮疡的分期辨证、严格把握清创时机,善用中医外治法及生肌白玉膏、抗绿生肌散、仲景药霜等方药,取得显著疗效。
Tuogangrene is a refractory disease of traditional Chinese medicine surgical sores.Professor Cui Gongrang edited and published our country’s first monograph on Tuogangrene in the 1980 s.He has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of Tuogangrene,and created a variety of internal and external treatments for the treatment of this disease,with significant clinical effects.Professor Cui Gongrang put forward the surgical treatment principle of"controlling infection,improving circulation,removing necrosis,and promoting healing"in the treatment of systemic system,and made the self-made Tongmai Huoxue Decoction with addition and subtraction treatment based on syndrome differentiation;pay attention to the staging and strict control of sore and ulcer treatment in local wound treatment.At the time of debridement,good use of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,Shengji Baiyu ointment,Kanglushengji powder,Zhongjing medicated cream and other prescriptions have achieved significant effects.
