摘要
目的观察治胃汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎(肝胃不和型)的临床疗效及对血浆胃动素(MLT)的影响,以期为临床治疗胆汁反流性胃炎提供治疗思路。方法将200例胆汁反流性胃炎(肝胃不和型)患者随机分为治疗组100例与对照组100例,两组均给予铝碳酸镁片治疗,其中治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予治胃汤加减治疗,观察两组治疗前后临床症状缓解率、胃镜疗效、中医证候量表评分、MLT及不良反应发生情况等。结果治疗组治疗后总缓解率、完全缓解率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后胃镜疗效分级比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候量表评分和血浆MLT水平比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治胃汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎(肝胃不和型)临床疗效确切,并且可以升高血浆胃动素水平。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhiwei Decoction on bile reflux gastritis(hepatogastric disharmony) and its effect on plasma motilin,so as to provide effective treatment for bile reflux gastritis.Methods 200 patients with bile reflux gastritis(hepatogastric disharmony) were randomly divided into treatment group of 100 cases and control group of 100 cases.Both groups were treated with hydrotalcite tablets,.The treatment group was treated with Zhiwei Decoction on the basis of control group for 30 days.The clinical symptoms remission rate,gastroscopy effect and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Symptom integral,plasma motilin(MLT),adverse reactions,etc.Results The total remission rate and complete remission rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the gastroscopy efficacy classification comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);Comparing the scale score and plasma motilin,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhiwei Decoction has a definite effect on the clinical effect of bile reflux gastritis(hepatogastric disharmony),and can increase the level of plasma motilin.
