摘要
本文采用炙甘草注射液对小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、家兔及体外培养搏动心肌细胞,作了体内外有关药理研究及组化染色。实验结果观察到炙甘草具有抗心律失常作用。对体外培养的搏动心肌细胞表现了明显的负性频率作用而无正性肌力作用。还观察到炙甘草注射液能降低心肌细胞cAMP的含量,对模拟缺血的心肌细胞有减少糖原、LDH和ATP酶的损耗。文章通过药物对心肌细胞受体和Ca~卄等影响,分析和探讨了炙甘草抗心律失常的作用机制。
The article reported the pharmacological study and histochemical stain by injecting prepared licorice injection to mouse,rats guinea pigs and rabbits and external culture cardiac musle cells. The results showed that prepared licorice had the antiarrhythmic effects, the injection had the antiarrhy themic effects, the injectinon had significante negative frequency effects on external culture cardiac musle cells and no positive inotropic action,the prepared licorice injection lowed the contents of CAMP in cardiac musle cells,decreased the wastage of glycogen.LDH and ATP enzyme in model ischemic cardiac musle cells- The artice analysises and approches the mechanism of antiarrhythmic effects of prepared licorice by means of the observation on influence of prepared licorice injection on cardiac musle cells receptors and concentration of catf-
