摘要
对目前主流的几种余热回收方式,其中包括热泵技术、双转子互换供热技术、低真空供热技术、光轴供热技术以及新型凝抽背供热技术进行了技术方案初步比较,并结合某电厂135 MW供热机组的实际情况,最终采用了新型凝抽背供热技术进行供热改造。该技术具有很强的火电灵活性,可以根据外界的热负荷和电负荷在不同的运行方式下灵活切换。改造完成后获得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The current mainstream waste heat recovery ways, including heat pump technology, the double rotor swaps heating technique, low vacuum heating technology, optical axis heating technology and new type NCB heating technology, are carried on the preliminary comparison in this paper. Combined with the actual situation of a 135 MW heating unit, new type NCB heating technology is finally adopted for heating transformation. This technology has a strong thermal power flexibility, which can switch in different operating mode according to the external thermal load and electrical load. The transformation has significant economic and social benefits.
