摘要 板木复合平板工艺是胶合板做基层板,表面贴面附加线条,无须开榫,简洁性以及造价方面要优于传统攒框工艺。共选用环氧树脂胶、玻璃胶、定位胶、F-03型无水胶,以及乳白胶、压门胶、拼板胶7种胶分组胶合复合门板。并对乳白胶、压门胶、拼板胶、F-03型无水胶进行了拉力测试试验,实验结果表明这4种胶均符合强度测试要求。通过弯曲变形实验测试结果表明乳白胶和压门胶符合国家标准,F-03无水胶性能较差,综合分析各项因素得出拼板胶的防翘曲变形性能最佳。 The wood-board composite plate technology uses plywood as the base and adds lines on the surface so that no tenon is required. This process is superior to the traditional frame saving process in terms of simplicity and cost. 7 types of adhesives are used to glue composite door panels in groups, they are epoxy resin, glass glue, positioning glue, F-03 type anhydrous adhesive, opal glue, door glue, and wood splice glue. The tensile test was carried out on F-03 type anhydrous adhesive, opal glue, door glue, and wood splice glue. The results showed that the four adhesives meet the requirements of the strength tests. The bending test results show that the opal glue and door glue meet the national standards, and the properties of F-03 anhydrous adhesive is poor. After a comprehensive analysis of various factors, we have drawn the conclusion that the anti-warpage performance of wood splice glue is the best.
