摘要
目的探讨华蟾素胶囊对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)化疗患者的临床疗效和对其细胞免疫、肠道细菌的影响。方法选取95例本院收治的MM化疗患者,通过随机分组分为观察组50例和对照组45例。对照组患者常规化疗方案,观察组在其基础上给予华蟾素胶囊治疗,两组治疗时间均持续3个疗程。对比治疗后MM化疗患者临床疗效、治疗前后细胞免疫指标水平差异和肠道细菌分布情况。结果两组疗效等级分布差异显著(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组各个细胞免疫指标水平均相近(均P>0.05),治疗后观察组CD4^+/CD8^+T、DC1/DC2、CD8^+CD25^+/CD3^+T、Th1/Th2、CD4^+CD25^+/CD3^+T水平相近(P>0.05),对照组各个细胞免疫指标均显著下降(均P<0.05),且显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Chao1指数、Shannon指数均相近(均P>0.05),治疗后,观察组这两个指数均升高(P<0.05),对照组均降低(P<0.05)。观察组属水平相对丰度在治疗后显著升高且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论华蟾素胶囊联合化疗可以提高MM患者细胞免疫功能,改善肠道细菌平衡,具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cinofadine capsule in multiple myeloma(MM)patients undergoing chemotherapy and its effect on their cellular immunity and enterobacteria.Methods Ninety-five MM inpatients undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)or control group(45 cases).The control group received conventional chemotherapy regimen,while the observation group was treated with cinofadine capsule and the conventional chemotherapy regimen.The treatment duration in both groups was three periods of treatment.The clinical efficacy,levels of cellular immune indicators and distribution of enterobacteria were compared between groups before and after treatment.Results There was a significant difference in the efficacy grade distribution between the two groups(P<0.05).The total efficiency rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of immune indicators in the two groups were similar(all P>0.05)before treatment.There were no significant differences in CD4^+/CD8^+T,DC1/DC2,CD8^+CD25^+/CD3^+T,Th1/Th2 and CD4^+CD25^+/CD3^+T in the observation group after treatment(all P>0.05).The Chao1 index and Shannon index in the two groups were similar before treatment(all P>0.05),which,after treatment,increased in the observation group but decreased in the control group(all P<0.05).The relative abundance of enterobacteria at genus level in the observation group increased and was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of cinofadine capsule and chemotherapy can improve the cellular immune function and enterobacteria balance in MM patients,with good clinical efficacy.
