摘要 肝囊型包虫病(hepatic cystic echinococcosis)是一种人畜共患的寄生虫病,由细粒棘球蚴感染引起,全身各个脏器均可发病,其中肝脏最为常见。它呈全球分布,我国主要在西南和西北的牧区高发。该病早期症状通常不明显,晚期对人体的健康造成极大的危害。该文就多模态影像技术在肝囊型包虫病的临床应用作一综述,以期提高认识,早诊断早治疗。 Hepatic cystic echinococcosis(HCE)is a zoonotic parasitic disease infected by echinococcus granulosus.It can occur in all organs,especially in the liver.It is distributed globally and is mainly popular in the southwest and northwest pastoral areas in China.The early symptoms of the disease are usually not obvious,but it causes great harm to human health when it develops to the later stages.This paper gives a brief review of the multimodal imaging and its application in HCE,in order to improve the understanding of early diagnosis and the treatment.
