摘要
目的探究护理干预在结直肠肿瘤患者围手术期护理中的应用价值。方法将2018年9月至2020年2月我院收治的80例结直肠肿瘤患者以简单随机化法分为对照组与试验组,每组40例。对照组围手术期使用常规护理干预,试验组则在围手术期实施综合护理干预。分析比较两组患者术后恢复情况、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果试验组患者胃管留置时间、尿管留置时间、术后排气时间以及住院时间相较于对照组均更短,P<0.05;试验组患者并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%,P<0.05;试验组患者护理满意度相较于对照组更高,P<0.05。结论结直肠肿瘤患者在围手术期接受有效的护理干预,可有效对并发症的发生进行控制,缩短患者的康复时间,更好地促进患者预后的改善。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing intervention in the perioperative nursing of patients with colorectal tumors.Methods The 80 patients with colorectal tumors admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to February 2020 were divided into a control group and a experimental group by a simple randomization method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing intervention during the perioperative period,and the experimental group performed comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period.The postoperative recovery,incidence of complication,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The gastric tube indwelling time,urinary tube indwelling time,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complication in the experimental group was 7.50%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with colorectal tumors receive eff ective nursing intervention during the perioperative period,which can eff ectively control the occurrence of complications,shorten the patient's recovery time,and better promote the improvement of the patient's prognosis.
