摘要
目的探究在结直肠癌患者的围术期中实施个性化营养干预对患者营养状况和生活质量的效果。方法选择中山市小榄人民医院2021年1月至2023年6月80例接受手术治疗的结直肠癌患者。采用随机数字表法将选取的患者分为对照组(n=40,给予常规营养干预)和研究组(n=40,给予个性化营养干预)。对比分析两组患者的不良反应发生率、营养状况评分和胃肠道生活质量指数评分。结果研究组不良反应总发生率(7.50%,3/40)低于对照组(25.00%,10/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.501,P=0.034)。干预后,研究组PA、ALB和TP高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者干预1周和干预2周GIQLI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者术后易出现营养不良,需要给予营养干预,实施个性化营养干预可改善患者营养情况,保证患者安全,提高患者日常生活质量,效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of personalized nutrition intervention on the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer during perioperative period.Methods:80 patients with colorectal cancer who received surgical treatment in Zhongshan Xiaolan People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected.Randomized number table method was used to divide the selected patients into control group(n=40,receiving conventional nutrition intervention)and study group(n=40,receiving personalized nutrition intervention).The incidence of adverse reactions,nutritional status score and gastrointestinal quality of life index score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(7.50%,3/40)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%,10/40),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.501,P=0.034).After intervention,PA,ALB and TP in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).GIQLI scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)after 1 and 2 weeks of intervention.Conclusion:Patients with colorectal cancer are prone to malnutrition after surgery,and nutritional intervention is needed.The implementation of personalized nutritional intervention can improve the nutritional status of patients,ensure the safety of patients,and improve the quality of daily life of patients,with significant effects.
