摘要
为了使下一阶段河南省煤矿安全事故治理更加具有针对性,从煤矿事故整体特征、煤矿类型、事故类型及事故发生时间段等多角度,对2010—2019年河南省煤矿事故进行统计,并对统计结果进行了分析和规律特征总结。基于上述研究结果,对下一阶段河南省煤炭工业科学发展及安全生产提出了合理的建议和事故治理措施。
In order to make the management of coal mine safety accidents in Henan Province more targeted in the next stage,from the perspectives of the overall characteristics of coal mine accidents,types of coal mine accidents,types of coal mine accidents and the time period of the accidents,the statistics of coal mine accidents from 2010 to 2019 year in Henan Province were carried out,and the statistical results were analyzed and the regular characteristics were summarized.Based on the above research results,reasonable suggestions and accident control measures were put forward for the scientific development and safe production of coal industry in Henan Province in the next stage.
