摘要
电动自行车停放充电场所建设困难、使用不便,极大制约居民小区“小火亡人”事故治理。通过近年来消防监督工作实践,总结居民小区电动自行车停放充电存在的问题,从源头规划、现实应用角度分析具体成因,提出针对性解决措施,为加强电动自行车停放充电场所建设提供了参考。
The electric bicycle parking place constructs difficultly and uses inconveniently,which greatly restricts the treatment of fire accidents in residential area.Through the practice of fire supervision work in recent years,it summarized the problems of electric bicycle parking place in residential area,analyzed the specific causes from the perspective of source planning and practical application,and proposed targeted solutions to provide reference for strengthening the electric bicycle parking place construction.
