摘要
综述近年中医药联合手术治疗直肠前突型便秘的临床研究文献,发现目前主要包括中医内治、外治及内外合治联合手术3种形式,治疗手段丰富,有中药内服、中药外洗、穴位注射等,可减轻直肠前突程度,改善排便困难等症状,疗效较好。但现有研究存在样本量较小、观察周期较短、观察指标较少及疗效判定标准尚未统一等局限性,同时对中医药及手术协同作用机制研究不够深入。
We summarized the clinical researches on the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and rectal protrusion constipation in recent years.It is found that the combination of TCM and surgical treatment of rectal protrusion constipation mainly includes three forms of internal medicine,external treatment and combined internal and external treatment of TCM.The oral administration of TCM,external washing of TCM,and injection of acupoints can reduce the degree of rectal protrusion and improve the symptoms of difficulty in defecation.However,existing studies have shown some limitations such as small sample size,short observation period,few observation outcomes,and unstandardized criteria for curative effect.At the same time,there is insufficient research on the synergistic mechanism of TCM and surgery.
