摘要
目的:探讨治疗中重度直肠前突方法的手术方式。方法:回顾性分析2004年10月至2006年2月PPH术+经会阴置入补片修补的方法治疗中重度直肠前突15例临床资料。结果:15例全部治愈。术前症状消失,排便通畅,平均手术时间42min,术后住院时间平均4·8d,无1例出现严重并发症。结论:使用PPH+经会阴置入补片修补的方法治疗中重度直肠前突疗效好,并发症少。
Objective：To evaluate PPH plus transperineal repair with patch in the treatment of moderate to severe rectoceles. Methods：The clinical data of 15 cases of moderate to savere rectoceles treated by PPH plus transperineal repair with patch from Octomber 2004 to February 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Fifteen cases were all cured. They recovered normal defecation, with no discomfort symptoms after operation. The mean operating time was 42 minutes and hospital stay was 4.8 days after operation, and no serious ＇complications occurred. Conclusion： PPH plus transperineal repair with patch has good therapeutic effect and less complication in the treatment of moderate to severe rectocele.
