摘要
以BIM技术为对象,详细分析其在绿色公共建筑运营阶段的费用和效益构成要素,对费用和效益进行货币化处理,构建BIM技术效益产出的经济分析模型,通过案例验证模型的可行性,为BIM技术的进一步应用推广提供助力。
This article takes BIM technology as an object,analyzes the components of cost and benefit in the green public building operation stage in detail.Takes monetization of costs and benefits and constructs an economic model of BIM technology benefit output.Finally,verifies the feasibility of model with an example,provides assistance for the further application and promotion of BIM.
