摘要
目的:探索火炭母中总黄酮成分的提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮含量为指标,采用正交试验考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间和提取温度4个因素对总黄酮含量的影响,对超声提取和微波提取两种方法进行考察,优选其提取工艺。结果:采用微波提取方法效果更好,更节约时间,提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%、料液比1∶45(g∶mL)、提取时间5 min、温度100℃,该条件下提取的总黄酮的含量为2.70%。结论:优选工艺简单、高效率、省时、重复性好,为火炭母中总黄酮成分生产开发提供了较好的参考价值。
Objective:To explore the extraction process of total flavonoids from Focharite.Methods:The effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature on total flavonoids content were investigated by orthogonal test.Ultrasonic and microwave extraction methods were used to optimize the extraction process.Results:Microwave extraction was more effective and time saving.Under this condition,the total flavonoids content was 2.70%,the extraction process was 70%ethanol concentration,1∶45 solid-liquid ratio,the extraction time was 5 min,and the temperature was 100℃.Conclusion:The optimized process is simple,efficient,time-saving and repeatable,which provides a good reference value for the production and development of total flavones in coal.
