摘要
废旧煤矿输送皮带具有强度大、韧性高、耐磨性好、易于施工、成本低等优点。针对传统方式整治基床翻浆冒泥的各种弊端,提出一种利用废旧煤矿输送皮带整治翻浆冒泥的新方法。通过分析包神铁路瓷窑湾站南岔区和神东站北岔区基床翻浆冒泥产生的原因,提出了具体的整治方案,即利用废旧煤矿输送皮带收集地表水和地下水,并通过排水沟将水排入涵洞。结果表明,整治后岔区排水效果良好。2个岔区每年可节约维修费用315万元,经济效益良好。
Waste conveyor belt of coal mine has the advantages of high strength,high toughness,good wear resistance,easy construction and low cost.In view of the disadvantages of the traditional way to treat the mud-pumping of the subgrade bed,a new method which used the waste conveyor belt to treat and control the mud-pumping was proposed.Based on the analysis of the causes of mud-pumping of the subgrade bed in the South Fork area of Ciyaowan station and the North Fork area of Shendong station in Baotou-Shenmu Railway,the specific treatment scheme was put forward,which is using the waste conveyor belt to collect surface water and groundwater and discharging the water into the culvert through the drainage ditch.The results show that the drainage effect of the turnout area is good after the treatment,the maintenance cost of the two turnout areas can be saved by 3.15 million yuan per year,and the economic benefits are good.
