内生真菌对锈病感染布顿大麦生长和生理特性影响的研究 被引量:9

Effect of Epichloo Endophyte on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Hordeum bogdanii under Stress from Puccinia hordei

摘要 Epichloё属内生真菌与禾草建立互利共生关系,内生真菌能显著增强禾草对生物和非生物逆境的耐受能力,然而有关内生真菌对感染锈病禾草生长和生理特性方面的研究鲜有报道。基于此,本研究以带菌(E+)和不带菌(E-)布顿大麦为研究对象,比较锈病侵染条件下带菌和不带菌植株生长和生理特性差异。结果表明:E+布顿大麦分蘖数显著高于E-植株,而E+植株锈病感病率和相对含水量显著低于E-植株。同时,E+植株抗氧化酶活性(CAT、POD、SOD)、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量显著高于E-植株,而E+植株丙二醛含量显著低于E-植株。另外,新疆温宿地区布顿大麦E-植株叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量显著高于E+植株,而甘肃临泽地区E+布顿大麦叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量却显著高于E-植株。由此可见,内生真菌能通过促进共生体积累渗透调节物质和增加抗氧化酶活性途径提高布顿大麦的耐锈病能力。 Cool-season grasses have established symbiotic relationship with Epichloo endophyte,endophyte-infected(E+)grasses demonstrated stronger tolerance than endophyte-free(E-)counterparts under abiotic or biotic stresses.However,effect of Epichloe endophyte on the growth and physiological characteristics of Hordeurm-bogdanii under stress from Puccinia hordei is unclear.To compare the growth and physiological characteristics of H.bogdanii between E+and E-when the host grasses were infected by P.hordei.We found that the tiller num-ber of E+plants were higher than E-plants,in contrast,infection ratio from P.hordei,relative water contents of E+plants were lower than E-counterparts.Furthermore,the oxidant enzyme activity(CAT,POD,SOD),proline and soluble protein content of E+plants more than E-plants,in contrast,MDA content of E-plants were higher than those of E+plants.In addition,chlorophyll a and carotenoid content of E-plants originated from Wensu were higher than E+counterparts,in contrasts,chlorophyll a and carotenoid content of E+plants o-riginated from Linze were higher than those of E-plants.In conclusion,Epichloi endophytes have the ability to enbance host grasses resistance to P.hordei through accumulating osmotic adjustment substances and increasing antioxidant enzyme activities.
