摘要
介绍了熔模铸造铸态QT450-18材料的生产工艺:(1)炉料配比为8%生铁+40%08钢+50%回炉料+1.6%人造石墨增碳剂+0.4%SiC;选用FeSiMg6RE1球化剂进行冲入法球化处理,采用75SiFe作为包内孕育剂,采用铁素体孕育剂进行随流孕育,并在浇注系统内加入SiBaCa长效孕育剂进行型内孕育;采用全硅溶胶制壳工艺,蒸汽脱蜡后,在贯穿式焙烧炉进行高温焙烧,提高模壳的强度及透气性。生产结果显示:试样的球化等级控制在1~3级,石墨球大小6~8级,珠光体体积分数≤25%,抗拉强度≥450 MPa,伸长率≥18%。
The investment casting production process of the as-cast QT450-18 nodular iron was introduced:(1)The melting charge constituted of 8%pig iron+40%08 steel+50%returns+1.6%artificial carburetant+0.4%SiC.Chosen FeSiMg6RE1 nodularizing alloy to conduct pour-over process nodularizing treatment,chosen 75SiFe as ladle inoculants,chosen ferrite inoculants to conduct pouring stream inoculation,and added SiBaCa long-acting inoculants to conduct mold inoculation,adopted full silica sol shell-making process,after being steam de-waxed roasted at high temperature in a run-through baking furnace to elevate the strength and gas permeability of the mold shell.Production result showed:the nodularizing grade was controlled at 1~3 grade,the graphite size was controlled at 6~8 grade,the volume fraction of pearlite was≤25%,tensile strength≥450 MPa,elongation≥18%.
