摘要
计算机和通信技术的结合与快速发展 ,推动了企业内部网络 (Intranet)的普及以及视频监控系统的数字化进程。文中介绍了RTP实时传输协议、IP组播技术和MPEG - 4压缩标准等几项系统中用到的关键技术 ,以及基于Intranet的网络视频监控系统的系统结构和功能特点 ,并重点讨论了组播技术的具体实现以及自适应视频传输控制策略 。
With the combination and fast development of computer and communication technology, the Intranet has been popularized and the digital video surveillance system on the Intranet has been improved. The key technology employed in this system including the RTP real-time transfer protocol, IP multicast technology and MPEG-4 compress standard is introduced in this paper, and the system structure based on the Intranet and its function features are also described. The detailed realization method of multicast technology and the control strategy of adaptive video transfer have been discussed emphatically. At last, the performance of this system is analyzed.
