摘要
目的分析在护理老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者中采取健康教育的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2019年6月该院80例骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者进行该次研究,以方便抽取法对其进行分组,分别是参照组40例和研究组40例。其中开展常规护理的为参照组,在常规护理的层面上融入健康教育的为研究组,比较两组患者髋关节WOMAC评分、骨骼愈合期、并发症发生状况和护理满意度。结果在髋关节WOMAC评分的对比上,护理前差异无统计学意义(t=0.141,P=0.889>0.05);实施护理后,研究组为(70.67±10.42)分,较之参照组的(91.43±11.21)分具有显著优势(t=8.579,P<0.001);在骨骼愈合时间的对比上,研究组为(3.19±1.12)个月,显著短于参照组的(5.23±1.64)个月(t=6.497,P<0.001);在并发症出现状况的对比上,研究组发生率为7.50%,显著低于参照组的27.50%(χ^2=5.314,P=0.021);在护理满意度的对比上,研究组为95.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(χ^2=6.275,P=0.012)。结论对患有骨质疏松性髋部骨折的老年患者的护理期间将健康教育进行融合,可以使患者的病症愈合效果显著提升,护理工作也会得到患者的更佳的评价,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of health education in nursing elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fractures. Methods Eighty patients with osteoporotic hip fractures in the hospital were selected for this study from January 2017 to June 2019. They were grouped by convenient extraction method. They were 40 cases in the reference group and 40 cases in the study group. Among them, the routine nursing care was the reference group, and the routine nursing care integrated into the health education was the research group. The hip joint WOMAC scores, bone healing period, complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the comparison of WOMAC scores of hip joints, there was no statistically significant difference before nursing(t=0.141, P=0.889);after nursing, the study group was(70.67±10.42) points, compared with the reference group(91.43±11.21)points. There was a significant advantage(t=8.579, P<0.001);in the comparison of bone healing time, the study group was(3.19±1.12)months,which was significantly shorter than the reference group(5.23±1.64)months(t=6.497, P<0.001);in the comparison of complications, the incidence rate in the study group was 7.50%, which was significantly lower than the 27.50% in the reference group(χ^2=5.314, P =0.021);in the comparison of nursing satisfaction, the study group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group(χ^2=6.275, P =0.012). Conclusion The integration of health education during the nursing of elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fractures can significantly improve the healing effect of the patients, and the nursing work will also be better evaluated by the patients, which has promotion value.
