摘要
在当前严峻的就业形势下,高校大学生毕业后出现了就业困难、就业后跳槽频繁等问题,出现这一问题的根本原因在于大学生缺乏科学清晰的职业生涯规划。为引导大学生更好地做好职业生涯规划,应该从提高思想认识,加强师资队伍建设,科学设置《大学生职业生涯规划与指导》课程,积极创建实践教学平台、加大与专业课结合的力度、加强职业测评工具的本土化建设等方面来开展课程建设研究。
In the current severe employment situation,college students have difficulties in finding jobs after graduation and take frequent jobhopping after employment.The fundamental cause of this problem is that college students lack scientific and clear career planning.In order to guide college students to do a better career planning,course construction research can be carried out from the following aspects:improving the ideological understanding,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,scientifically setting up the course of College Students Career Planning and Guidance,actively creating a practical teaching platform,strengthening the combination with specialized courses,improving the localization construction of professional assessment tools,etc.
