摘要
职业生涯规划是大学生成长发展过程中的重要一环,它关系着学生的就业前景和职业发展.有效的职业生涯规划能够激发大学生的学习热情,帮助其确定职业发展方向,进而促进其全面发展,更好地适应激烈的社会竞争环境.分析了职业生涯规划对大学生全面发展的意义,指出当前存在着大学生职业生涯规划观念薄弱、高校职业生涯规划课程设置没有引起足够重视、职业生涯规划的后期评价系统不完善等问题.建议高校合理设置职业生涯规划课程,并将之纳入到高校课程体系;通过加强校企合作,让学生熟悉真实的职场环境;聘请专业的职业生涯规划讲师,并培育相关的师资力量;设置职业生涯规划评价系统,促进学生的全面发展.
Career planning is an important tache in the process of growth and development of college students as it relates to employment prospects and occupation development of students. Efficient career planning enables study enthusiastism of students to be motivated,occupation development direction to be well-defined,and then promotes all-round development of students to make them better adapt to the fierce social competition environment. After analysing the significance of career planning for all-round development of college students and pointing out current existing problems among students,such as weak perception of career planning,lacking of enough attention toward the curriculum provision of college career planning,incomplete post-evaluation system,college leaders are suggested to properly design career planning courses and bring them into curriculum system,to make students be familiar with real employment environment by enhancing cooperations between colleges and corporations,to hire professional career planning tutors and at the same time cultivate tutors in this field,last but not the least,to design career planning evaluation system to promote all-round development of students.
