摘要
研究不同辣椒种子在低温胁迫下的萌发特性及其幼苗生长特性,分析不同辣椒品种的耐寒性。以紫杆美早佳、强龙、长辣香妃为试验材料,将种子在不同温度下培养,测定其萌发特性及生长特征。结果显示:不同品种对低温的反应不同,紫杆美早佳在各温度培养下的各种指标比其它两个品种高,说明该品种耐低温的能力比其它两个品种强,萌发能力好。在幼苗的表现方面,紫杆美早佳在15℃及以下温度培养,各指标值之间无显著差异,25℃培养明显好转;强龙各级指标反而是10℃和15℃时表现较好;长辣香妃则是在10℃及以下幼苗生长差,15℃以上表现较好。通过隶属函数法计算各指标的隶属函数值,并进行综合比较得出3个品种在低温下的表现依次为紫杆美早佳>强龙>长辣香妃。
The germination characteristics and seedling growth characteristics of different capsicum seeds under low temperature stress were studied,and the cold tolerance of different capsicum varieties was analyzed.The seeds of“Ziganmeizaojia”,“Qianglong”and“Changlaxiangfei”were cultured at different temperatures to determine their germination and growth characteristics.The results showed that the response of different varieties to low temperature was different,and the indexes of“Ziganmeizaojia”were higher than those of the other two varieties under different temperatures,which indicated that the ability of low temperature tolerance and germination of this variety were better than those of the other two varieties.In terms of seedling performance,“Ziganmeizaojia”was cultured at 15℃or below,and there was no significant difference among the indexes,and the culture at 25℃was improved significantly.“Qianglong”was better at 10℃and 15℃,while“Changlaxiangfei”was worse at 10℃or below,and better at 15℃.The membership function value of each index was calculated by membership function method,and the performance of three varieties under low temperature was“Ziganmeizaojia”>“Qianglong”>“Changlaxiangfei”.
