摘要
我国素有“山楂之乡”的美誉,山楂的营养价值、保健功能、药用价值高,其制品畅销海外,再加上山楂绿色、无污染的特点,使得山楂产业的商业前景广阔、开发潜力巨大。近年来,山楂产业推动了我国农业特色经济产业的发展。但山楂产业存在加工环节技术落后、与市场对接性不好等诸多问题,本文总结了我国山楂加工产业发展成效和存在的问题,并提出了发展对策。
China is known as the"hometown of Hawthorn".Its nutritional value,health care function and medicinal value are high.Its products are sold well overseas.Its green and pollution-free characteristics make the hawthorn industry have broad commercial prospects and huge development potential.In recent years,hawthorn industry has promoted the development of agricultural characteristic economic industry in China.However,there are many problems in hawthorn industry,such as backward processing technology,poor docking with the market and so on.This paper summarized the development achievements and existing problems of hawthorn processing industry in China,and put forward the development countermeasures.
