摘要
‘沂蒙红’是由实生变异单株山楂选育而成。果实扁圆形,平均单果质量19.73g,最大27.3g。果皮深红色,颜色鲜艳,果面光滑,富光泽。果肉乳白色,质地致密,风味酸甜浓郁,可溶性糖含量8.85%,可滴定酸含量2.15%,维生素C含量0.6647mg·g-1。具有抗病性强及早果、丰产等特点。
The new hawthorn cultivar'Yimenghong'was derived from the seedling.The fruit is oblong in shape.The average fruit weight is 19.73 g,the maximum is 27.3 g.Peel is deep red.Fruit surface is smooth and shiny.It has milk white flesh,dense texture,sweet and sour flavor.The soluble sugar content is 8.85%.The titratable acid content is 2.15%.Vitamin C content is 0.6647 mg · g-1.The main characteristics are balanced taste,disease resistance,early-bearing and high yield.
