摘要
目的探讨甲氨喋呤联合四氢叶酸治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法选取2017年10月-2019年10月我院收治的异位妊娠患者80例,根据随机数字法分为两组,研究组和对照组各40例,对照组应用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,研究组应用甲氨喋呤联合四氢叶酸治疗。结果研究组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者包块大小、血β-HCG值显著优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对异位妊娠患者采用甲氨喋呤联合四氢叶酸治疗治疗效果明显,缩短患者的住院时间,不仅能够减小体内包块,还能够降低保守治疗失败的可能性。
Objective To investigate the effect of methotrexate combined with tetrahydrofolic acid in the treatment of ectopic fetation.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,80 patients with ectopic fetation admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method,40 in each study group and control group.The control group was treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate,while the study group was treated with methotrexate combined with tetrahydrofolic acid.Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mass size and blood-HCG values of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion methotrexate combined with tetrahydrofolic acid therapy for ectopic fetation has a good clinical effect,shortening the hospitalization time of patients,which can not only reduce the mass in vivo,but also reduce the possibility of failure of conservative treatment.
