摘要
利用响应面法对超声波提取黑果腺肋花楸果粗多糖的工艺参数进行优化。得最佳条件为超声时间63 min、超声功率330 W、料液比1∶30(g/mL),在该条件下黑果腺肋花楸多糖平均得率为5.77%。黑果腺肋花楸果粗多糖颜色较深,用粉末状活性炭对其进行脱色处理,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定最佳脱色条件为性炭用量为1.5%,脱色时间为40 min,脱色温度为40℃。
The optimization of process parameters for extraction of polysaccharide from black chokeberry by response surface methodology.The optimal conditions were obtained as follows:ultrasonic time 63 min,ultrasonic power 330 W,solid-liquid 1∶30(g/mL),the yield of polysaccharide from black chokeberry was 5.77%.The polysaccharide of black chokeberry has a darker color,powdered activated carbon can remove color.The optimal decoloration conditions obtained analyzed by single factor test and orthogonal test.The optimal condition were as follows:The amount of activated carbon 1.5%,the decoloration time 40 min,and the decoloration temperature 40℃.
