摘要
目的评定气相色谱法测定芹菜中伏杀硫磷含量的不确定度。方法采用气相色谱法测定出阳性芹菜中伏杀硫磷的含量,分析检测全过程和不确定度来源,建立气相色谱法测定蔬菜中伏杀硫磷不确定度评定的数学模型。结果影响芹菜中伏杀硫磷不确定度大小的顺序为样品定容体积>标准溶液峰面积>样品溶液峰面积>标准溶液配制过程>样品称量,相对合成标准不确定度为3.123%,本次样品浓度为(0.131±0.008) mg/kg(k=2)。结论选择精准度越高的定容器皿,能有效降低测量不确定度。
Objective To evaluate the uncertainty for the determination of phosalone in the celery by gas chromatography.Methods The content of phosalone in positive celery was determined by gas chromatography,the whole process of detection and the source of uncertainty were analyzed,and a mathematical model for the uncertainty evaluation of phosalone in vegetables was established by gas chromatography.Results The order affecting the uncertainty of phosalone in the celery was sample constant volume>peak area of standard solution>peak area of sample liquid>preparation process of standard solution>sample weighing,and relative uncertainty of synthetic standard was 3.123%.The concentration of this sample was(0.131±0.008)mg/kg(k=2).Conclusion Selecting the selection of the container dish with higher the accuracy can effectively reduce the uncertainty of measurement.
