摘要
目的对安徽省怀宁县药用植物种类、分布、栽培与野生情况进行调查,了解当地中药资源现状。方法以安徽省第四次中药资源普查技术规范为指导,采用传统野外调查与现代技术相结合的方法,对怀宁县现有中药资源进行普查、统计分析。结果本次普查掌握了怀宁县的地理环境特点及植物资源,采集植物腊叶标本1001份,收集598种植物信息,涵盖140个科,其中植物新记录7种,新分类群1种(怀宁毛茛);并收集了65种药材及46份种质资源;完成了36个样地205个样方套的调查;对怀宁县栽培药用植物进行走访调查,重点调查了辛夷、瓜蒌等特色中药的栽培技术及状况。结论怀宁县中药资源物种较为丰富,分布广泛,药材蕴藏量大,但野生资源受到很大威胁。
Objective To investigate the species,distribution,cultivation and wild situation of medicinal plants in Huaining County of Anhui Province;To understand the local situation of TCM resources.Methods Under the guidance of the fourth general survey of TCM resources in Anhui Province,the existing TCM resources in Huaining County were investigated and analyzed by combining traditional field survey with modern technology.Results The general survey has grasped the geographical environment characteristics and plant resources of Huaining County.1001 samples of herbarium specimens and 598 plant information were collected,covering 140 families,including 7 new records of plants,1 new taxa(Ranunculus huainingensis),65 kinds of medicinal materials and 46 germplasm resources;the survey of 36 sample sites and 205 quadrat sets was completed;the cultivation of medicinal plants in Huaining County was investigated,focusing on the cultivation technology and status of characteristic Chinese materia medica,such as Magnoliae Flos,Trichosanthis Fructus,etc.Conclusion TCM resources in Huaining County are rich in species,widely distributed and with large reserves.However,the wild TCM resources are in great threats.
