摘要
基于煤矿井下采煤工作面采煤机在割煤过程中会产生大量粉尘,为保障井下工人的身体健康,设计了一种新型采煤机喷雾降尘装置,分析了该装置的结构、特点和工作原理。将该新型采煤机喷雾降尘装置在山西某煤矿MG300730-WD采煤机上进行了实践应用,降尘效果理想,为企业创造了较好的安全效益和经济效益。
Based on the coal mining face shearer will produce a large amount of dust in the process of coal cutting, in order to ensure the health of underground workers, a new type of shearer spray dust control device is designed, and the structure, characteristics and working principle of the device are analyzed. A new type of coal shearer spray dust control device has been applied in a coal mine MG300730-WD in Shanxi Province. The dust control effect is ideal,which creates better safety and economic benefits for the enterprise.
