摘要
针对屯兰矿DY-150型采煤机摇臂上的外喷雾装置喷嘴系统常被粉尘堵塞的问题,设计了一种外置式高压喷雾自动降尘装置。该装置利用高压水泵将水加压,经高压管路送至半圆型高压喷雾器上的喷嘴喷出雾化,高压水雾化后形成半圆形高压水墙包裹在采煤机的两个滚筒上方,从而有效阻止了煤尘的飞扬,使割煤工序和司机位粉尘浓度大幅降低。装置被安装在DY-150型采煤机上,在8502工作面的实践中降尘效果理想。
The nozzle system of the external spray device on the rocker arm of the DY-150 shearer in Tunlan Mine is often blocked by dust and cannot work properly.In view of this situation,an external high-pressure spray automatic dust control device is designed,which uses high-pressure water pump to pressurize the water,and sends the nozzle to the semi-circular high-pressure sprayer through the high-pressure pipeline to spray atomization.The device is installed on the DY-150 shearer,and the dust reduction effect is ideal in the practice of 8502 working face.
