摘要
从艾灸的温通、温补、辐射作用及艾灸产物的药化效应等多方面对艾灸作用的基本原理及作用机制进行探讨,艾灸以温热刺激为起始动因,以疏通经络为作用机制,以温促通是艾灸产生诸多治疗效应的主要机制。而经络气血不通是诸多疾病产生的主要问题,是以艾灸可起到防病保健作用,且运用范围广泛。
The authors discussed the basic theory and mechanism of moxibustion from the aspects of warming and unblocking,warming and supplementing,radiation effect of moxibustion,and the pharmacochemical effect of moxibustion products.The effect of moxibustion starts with warm stimulation;the mechanism is unblocking meridian and collateral;the main mechanism of various curative effect of moxibustion is unblocking by warming.For many diseases that are mainly caused by blocked meridian and collateral as well as stagnation of qi and blood,moxibustion is conducive to disease prevention and health care with wide application.
