摘要
艾灸和针刺是中医学两种独立且具特色的外治疗法,艾灸为温热刺激,针刺则为机械刺激。通过分析古代文献,结合现代研究,从器、用、效、感、术、证6个方面分析艾灸与针刺疗法的不同,认为阴证、寒证、虚证、里证宜用灸法治疗,艾灸具有更好的温热效应及增强免疫的作用;阳证、热证、实证、表证多选用针刺疗法,针刺主要具有通经脉、调气血、和营卫作用,抗炎止痛效果更佳。临床应用时应从整体观念出发,辨证论治,因证择法,选择最佳的灸刺方案。
Moxibustion and acupuncture are two independent and characteristic external treatments in traditional Chinese medicine.Moxibustion is warm stimulation and acupuncture is mechanical stimulation.Through the analysis of ancient documents,combined with modern research,the difference between moxibustion and acupuncture therapy was analyzed from the aspects of apparatus,function,effect,sensation,skill and syndrome,and it is considered that Yin syndrome,cold syndrome,deficiency syndrome and interior syndrome should be treated with moxibustion,and moxibustion has a better effect of warming and enhancing immunity;Yang syndrome,heat syndrome,excess syndrome and exterior syndrome were mostly treated with acupuncture,while acupuncture mainly has the effects of dredging meridians,regulating Qi and blood,reconciling nutrient Qi and defensive Qi,and the effect of anti-inflammation and relieving pain is better.In clinical application,we should proceed from the concept of holism,treatment of syndrome differentiation,select the method based on syndrome,and choose the best scheme of moxibustion and acupuncture.
