摘要
文章以习近平总书记给西藏大学医学院学生的回信精神为指导,积极发挥人才培育职能,努力探索符合西藏地区基层医疗特点、以服务基层群众为导向的西藏全科医学人才培养模式进行了探索。指出将知识(Knowledge)、能力(Ability)、素质(Quality)三位一体的综合人才能力培养模式(KAQ模式)引入订单定向的全科医学人才培养中,保障培育出质量合格的全科医学人才,以服务西藏基层医疗卫生事业,满足西藏居民健康需求。
Guided by general secretary Xi Jinping's letter of reply,the Tibet University Medical College has actively developed the talent cultivation,and has explored the training mode of general practice in Tibet,which is in line with the characteristics of primary medical care in Tibet.The KAQ training mode which included knowledge,ability and quality are introduced into the order oriented training of general practice talents,to ensure the cultivation of qualified general practitioners to serve the rural area and meet the health needs of residents.
