铜阳极板应力场对挂耳断裂问题的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了开发铜阳极板立模生产新工艺,研究立模浇铸机生产中挂耳断裂问题的机理和成因,本文利用Any casting仿真软件,对铜阳极板立模浇铸过程进行了应力场模拟。通过模拟结果,得出热应力的分布状况及浇铸温度和冷却水温度对阳极板热应力分布的影响规律,并通过分析阳极板和立模的受力情况,得出减轻挂耳断裂和延长立模使用寿命的措施。可通过合理设计铸机结构、冷却系统、减小铜阳极板的热应力等措施提高寿命。 In order to develop advanced techniques in production of copper anode plates and reveal the formation mechanism of hanger fracture in vertical casting machine,this paper performs multiple simulations on Any casting software to study the process of copper anode plate mold casting.It succeed in acquiring the distribution of thermal stress and rules about how stress field of copper anode plates are affected by casting temperature and that of cooling water.Finally,some measures which would reduce hanger fracture and enhance service life of mold are presented based on force analysis of anode plates and molds.Reasonable designing structure of vertical casting machine,cooling system and smaller thermal stress could enhance service life of mold.
