摘要
乳汁中乳脂率是决定乳品质高低的主要因素之一。MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类对基因表达起负调控作用的,长度为18~25个核苷酸的非编码RNA分子。该文综述了乳腺组织中与乳脂代谢密切相关的miRNA的研究进展,旨在为从表观遗传学水平上探索哺乳动物乳脂代谢新机制提供参考。
Milk fat ratio is one of the main factors that determine the quality of milk.MicroRNA(miRNA)is a group of non-coding RNA molecules with a length of 18-25 nucleotides that negatively regulates gene expression.This paper reviewed the research progress on miRNAs that are closely related to milk fat metabolism in breast tissue to provide a reference for the exploration of the new mechanism of milk fat metabolism in mammals at the epigenetic level.
