摘要
以TC4钛合金大型模锻件二梁热锻过程中晶粒分布和相分布为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件构建晶粒和相的时空演变模型,分析了锻件各位置锻造过程中动态再结晶和相变规律。研究结果揭示了整个工艺过程中的微观组织演变历程,为大型钛合金零件的锻造提供了理论依据。
Taking the grain distribution and phase distribution during the hot forging process of the second beam of large die forgings with TC4 titanium alloy as the research object,the finite element analysis software was used to construct the temporal and spatial evolu⁃tion model of the grains and phases,and the law of dynamic recrystallization and phase transition of forging was analyzed during the forging process.The research results revealed the evolution of the microstructure during the whole process,and provided theoretical ba⁃sis for forging large titanium alloy parts.
