摘要
比较紫皮石斛、流苏石斛、鼓槌石斛、金钗石斛、铁皮石斛和霍山石斛在活性成分含量及多糖结构上的差异,为不同品种石斛的质量评价及开发利用提供参考依据。依据2015版《中华人民共和国药典》及文献中的方法进行石斛活性成分含量和多糖结构测定。结果显示,6种石斛样品中,S4-流苏石斛的浸出物含量最高;S2-金钗石斛的黄酮含量最高;S6-霍山石斛多糖含量最高;S2-金钗石斛和S4-流苏石斛的多糖均一性最好;6种石斛多糖的单糖均由葡萄糖、甘露糖、核糖、鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖等组成,比例相似,但6种石斛样品的甘露糖和葡萄糖的峰面积值均不在药典规定范围内。因此,不同石斛品种的活性成分含量差异显著。以浸出物含量、黄酮含量和多糖为主要评价指标综合分析,6种石斛样品中S2-金钗石斛和S6-霍山石斛品质较优。
To compare the differences in active ingredient content and polysaccharide structures of Dendrobium devonianum,Dendrobium fimbriatum,Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl,Dendrobium nobile Lindl,Dendrobium officinale and Dendrobium huoshanense,so as to provide reference basis for quality evaluation and the utilization of different varieties of Dendrobium,the content of active ingredients and polysaccharide structure of Dendrobium were determined according to the multi-index determination method of the Pharmacopoeia of The People’s Republic of China(2015 edition)and literatures.Among the six kinds of Dendrobium samples,S4-Dendrobium nobile has the highest extract content.S2-Dendrobium fimbriatum has the highest flavone content.S6-Dendrobium huoshanense has the highest polysaccharide content.The polysaccharide uniformity of S2-Dendrobium fimbriatum and S4-Dendrobium nobile is the best.The monosaccharide of the six Dendrobium polysaccharides is composed of glucose,mannose,ribose,rhamnose,arabinose and xylose,and the proportion is similar.But the peak area ratio of mannose and glucose are not within the scope specified in pharmacopoeia.Thus,there are significant differences in the content of active ingredients among different Dendrobium species.Taking extract content,flavone content and polysaccharideharide as the main evaluation indexes,the quality of S2-Dendrobium fimbriatum and S6-Dendrobium huoshanense is better.
