摘要
废线路板资源化过程会产生大量的废树脂粉,目前尚不能做到无害化处理。采用掺烧方式处置废线路板树脂粉,研究了掺烧过程中其主要污染物多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)的排放特征。将废线路板树脂粉按50%(质量分数)配伍医疗废物进入危险废物焚烧系统进行掺烧处理,对焚烧系统进行同步监测。结果表明,废线路板树脂粉中PBDEs总焚毁率在99.99%以上,焚烧过程中系统运行稳定。对掺烧过程排放的焚烧尾气进行二噁英监测,发现适当控制余热锅炉对高温烟气的采热量,维持离开余热锅炉的烟气温度在560℃以上,可有效控制焚烧尾气中二噁英的排放。
The recycling process of waste circuit boards will produce a large amount of waste resin powder,which could not be harmlessly treated at present.In this paper,doping incineration method was used to dispose of this kind of waste resin powder.The production and emission characteristics of the main pollutant polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)in the process of doping incineration were studied.The waste circuit board resin powder was mixed with medical waste by 50%(mass fraction)into the hazardous waste incineration system for mixed combustion,and the incineration system was monitored synchronously.The results showed that the total incineration rate of PBDEs in waste resin powder was above 99.99%,and the system ran stably during the incineration process.During doping incineration,the dioxins in the incineration tail gas was monitored.The data showed that by appropriately controlling the heat recovery of the high-temperature flue gas from the waste heat boiler and maintaining the temperature of the tail gas leaving the waste heat boiler above 560℃,the emission of dioxins in the incineration tail gas could be effectively controlled.
