摘要
我国作为世界上汽车保有量第二大国家,随着洗车成本的上升和绿色环保的重视,车罩产品有着巨大的潜在需求市场。作为户外用产品,其耐老化性能非常重要。为了找到能够替代现有车罩用聚丙烯纺粘非织造材料,制备了PE/PET和PE/PP两种双组分热轧非织造材料,测试了老化前后的力学性能变化,采用差示意扫描量热仪(DSC)和红外光谱仪对比分析了样品老化前后的热性能和基团变化,并进一步分析测试了三种样品的氧化诱导期,对三者抗老化性能进行了对比分析,为开发新型车罩用非织造材料提供参考。
As the second largest country in terms of car ownership in the world,and with the increase of car cleaning cost and environmental protection,there is a huge potential market for vehicle covers in China.As outdoor products,the aging resistant performance is the key property of vehicle covers.In order to find a kind of new material to replace the widely used polypropylene(PP)spunbond nonwoven fabrics,nonwoven fabrics composed of PE/PP and PE/PET bi-component fibers were prepared by carding and thermal bonding methods,and the mechanical performance changes were tested before and after the aging process.The thermal properties and group changes were measured by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR).In addition,the oxidation induction times(OTI)of the three samples were measured,and their aging performance were compared and analyzed,providing reference for developing nonwoven fabrics of new type of vehicle covers.
