摘要
针对过氧化物DCP为硫化体系的HNBR橡胶,考察硫化剂对HNBR硫化性能、力学性能、高温力学性能以及耐老化性能的影响。实验结果表明:在DCP用量为5phr时,HNBR有着最长的焦烧时间,加工安全性最好。DCP用量为5phr时,拉伸强度达到30.1MPa;随DCP用量由3份增大到6份,断裂伸长率逐渐下降,由534%下降到263%;随DCP用量由3份增大到5份,撕裂强度下降,由63.5N/mm下降到57.3N/mm;随DCP用量由3份增大到6份,压缩永久变形逐渐下降,由85.7%下降到54.2%»150℃下力学性能测试表明,DCP为6份时,力学性能包括拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、100%定伸应力相比室温下的力学性能下降幅度最小。耐老化性能测试表明,DCP为6份时,老化后的橡胶拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、100%定伸应力相比室温下下降幅度最小。
In this paper,the peroxide DCP was used as curing system of HNBR rubber.The effect of DCP on the vulcanizing property,mechanical properties,mechanical properties at high temperature and aging-resistant performance was studied.The results show that DCP dosage at 5 parts,the scorch time is longest.When the mechanical properties of rubber was tested at room temperature,the tensile strength of rubber reached 30.1MPa when the dosage of DCP was 5parts.The elongation at break decreased from 534%to 263%when the dosage of DCP increased from 3 to 6 parts.The tear strength of the rubber decreased from 63.5N/mm to 57.3N/mm when the dosage of DCP increased from 3 to 5 parts.The compression set decreased from 85.7%to 54.2%when the dosage of DCP increased from 3 to 6 parts.The mechanical results testing at 150℃ show that the mechanical properties change little when the dosage of DCP is 6 parts.The aging properties is also good when the dosage of DCP is 6 parts.
