摘要
采用Donor D和Donor T复合外给电子体催化剂体系,在50万吨/年Novolen聚丙烯装置上,通过氢调法成功生产了1101S、1101SC和1040TU三种中高熔体流动速率的均聚聚丙烯产品,并进行了结构及性能表征。结果表明,采用Lynx1010主催化剂和D/T复配位给电子体的催化体系,结合釜内氢调法生产的三种聚丙烯产品的各项性能都达到预期指标。三种聚丙烯产品的各项性能基本接近,其中1040TU产品在挤出造粒时加入了成核剂,球晶小而均匀,具有较高的熔融温度和结晶温度。与专利商可控流变法相比,该方法既简化了生产工艺,又可以得到综合性能更优的聚丙烯产品。拓宽了高熔指聚丙烯的开发思路,对高端聚丙烯产品开发打下良好的基础。
In this paper, Donor D and Donor T combined external Donor electron body catalyst system was used to successfully produce 1101S, 1101SC and 1040TU medium and high melting index homopolypolypropylene products on the Novolen polypropylene device with 500,000 ton/year by hydrogen blending method, and the structure and performance were characterized.The results showed that the catalytic system of Lynx1010 main catalyst and D/T complex electron-donor body combined with the hydrogen blending method in the kettle,all the properties of the three polypropylene products reached the expected indexes.The properties of the three polypropylene products are basically similar, among which 1040 TU products are added with nucleating agent during extrusion and granulation.The spherulites are small and uniform, with high melting and crystallization temperatures.Compared with the patent maker’s controllable flow method, this method not only simplifies the production process, but also can obtain polypropylene products with better comprehensive performance.It broadens the development thinking of high-melt index polypropylene and lays a good foundation for the development of high-end polypropylene products.
