摘要
以4种Ziegler-Natta催化剂进行丙烯本体聚合,表征了聚丙烯的结构并研究了其性能。结果表明:4种催化剂的活性略有不同,为31 000~43 000 g/g,基本物性相似;用催化剂1、催化剂2和催化剂4制备的聚丙烯的力学性能和热性能基本相同,用催化剂3制备的聚丙烯的拉伸强度略低,冲击强度略高,熔融焓和结晶焓相对较低;4种催化剂所制聚丙烯粉料的微观结构基本一致,均呈现类球形,粒径分布主要集中在0.45~1.43 mm,可满足工业用聚丙烯性能的要求。
Four Ziegler-Natta catalysts were used to carry out the bulk polymerization of propylene.The structure and properties of polypropylene(PP)prepared were characterized.The results indicate thatthe activities of the four catalysts are slightly different,ranging from31000g/g to43000g/g,and theirbasic physical properties are similar.The thermal and mechanical properties of PP prepared by catalysts1,2and4are basically the same,while PP prepared by catalyst3has lower tensile strength and higherimpact strength,the enthalpy of melting and crystallization of PP by catalyst3are lower than those by othercatalysts.The spherical microstructure of PP powder prepared by these catalysts are analogical,and theparticle size distribution are within0.45mm to1.43mm,which meet the requirements of the industrial PP.
