双一流高校实验技术队伍的建设与管理探究 被引量:20

摘要 建设世界一流大学和一流学科,需要有一流的实验室与之相匹配,实验技术队伍作为实验室建设的主力军也需要具备一流水平。经过多年建设,这支队伍的重要性日益凸显,队伍得到初步建设和发展,其岗位设置逐步科学规范,考核评价体系逐步建立,职称晋升体系也趋于合理。但仍旧存在队伍结构发展不平衡、职业前景不明朗等问题,影响了队伍的科学发展。针对实验技术队伍的现状特点和存在的问题,提出了加强这支队伍建设与管理的对策,包括加强顶层设计、体现人文关怀和分类培训考核等手段,以全方位、多层次地提升队伍整体水平,为双一流高校的建设提供有力支撑。 To build a world-class university and a world-class discipline,it is necessary to have a first-class laboratory.As the main force of laboratory construction,the experimental technology team also needs to possess a first-class level.After years of construction,the importance of the team has become increasingly prominent;the team has been preliminarily built and developed.Its post settings have gradually become scientific and standardized,the evaluation system has been gradually improved,and the professional title promotion system has become more reasonable.However,there are still existed some problems,such as unbalanced development of the team structure and uncertain career prospects,and these problems affect the scientific development of the team.In view of the current situation and existing problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction and management of the team,including strengthening the top-level design,embedding humanistic care and classified training and assessment,so as to improve the overall level of the team in an all-round and multi-level way,and to provide strong support for the construction of the double-first-class universities.
