摘要
在鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化 (AS) 模型上 ,观察软脉片抗 AS作用。结果表明软脉片组主动脉脂质斑块面积明显少于高脂饲料组 ,抗 AS作用优于绞股蓝总甙片。故其作用机制与调血脂、抗氧化有关。
RuanMai Tablet was observed on whether it has anti atherosclerotic effect through quail atherosclerotic model.The results showed that qostic plaque square of RuanMai group was obviously smaller than that of high lipid fed group.The anti atherosclerotic effect of RuanMai was better than that of JiaoGuLan.The mechanism was supposed to be blood lipid modulating and anti oxdetion related.
