摘要
我国有丰富的特种油料作物资源,除了能够提供油脂与蛋白质等营养成分外,特种油料植物中还含有丰富的生物活性物质,深度开发和利用油料中活性成分物质可以大大提升特种油料植物的经济效益。通过概述几种高附加值的油料植物,以及特种油料植物中所含有的活性成分以及其生理功能,纯化工艺以及存在的问题,油料作物的综合利用等问题,并展望未来发展的思路。期望我国特种油料植物能得到深度的开发利用,创造更高的经济效益和社会效益。
China has rich resources of special oil crops.In addition to providing nutrients such as oil and protein,special oil crops are also rich in bioactive substances.The economic benefits of these oil crops can been improved by depth developing and utilizing of these bioactive substances.Through an overview of several high value-added oil crops,the bioactive substances and its physiological functions,purification process of them and problems also with these,the comprehensive utilization of these crops,etc.The ideas of future development also been proposed.the depth development and utilization of the special oil crops are expected,which can creating more economic benefits and social benefits for China.
