摘要
波形膜盘联轴器相对于传统联轴器具有高扭矩直径比、高扭矩重量比和补偿能力大等优点。在旋转壳薄膜解的基础上,推导了正弦波形膜盘扭转刚度的解析解。选取三种不同的正弦型面,计算了扭转刚度,并与有限元仿真结果进行了对比,结果表明:膜盘扭转刚度的解析解与有限元分析结果基本吻合。在此基础上,计算了扭转载荷下的正弦波形膜盘的扭角和剪应力大小,并分析了波形膜盘的正弦参数对扭转刚度的影响。为波形膜盘联轴器的应用及研究提供了更多的理论支撑。
Compared with the traditional coupling,the waveform film disc coupling has advantages such as high torque diameter ratio,high torque weight ratio and large compensation capacity.On the basis of Professor Qian Weichang′s membrane solution to torsional stiffness of rotating shells,an integral formula for calculating torsional stiffness of sinusoidal waveform diaphragm is derived.Three groups of sinusoidal waveform diaphragm are calculated with the aforementioned method,and verified by the finite element method.The results show that the torsional stiffness obtained by the integral method is in good agreement with those obtained by finite element method.With this verification,the displacements and stresses under torsional angle are further calculated and the relationship between the structural parameters and torsional stiffness of sinusoidal waveform with diaphragm is studied.It provides more theoretical support for the application and research of Waveform Diaphragm coupling.
