摘要
EG循环泵是预缩聚真空系统的关键设备,离心泵启动后出现剧烈振动,无法持续运行。通过对离心泵进行振动检测与故障诊断,得出了该离心泵由于加长型联轴器不对中引起的振动故障。更换对两轴线不对中具有更强补偿能力的膜片联轴器,有效地解决了该泵组振动超标问题。
EG circulating pump is the key equipment of the pre-condensation polyvacuum system.After the start of the centrifugal pump,severe vibration appeared,but it can not run constantly.Through the vibration detection and fault diagnosis of the centrifugal pump,the vibration fault caused by the misalignment of the lengthened coupling was obtained.The problem of excessive vibration of the pump group was effectively solved by replacing the diaphragm coupling with stronger compensation ability in the misalignment of the two axes.
