摘要
以三乙醇胺和己二酸为原料,在对甲苯磺酸的催化下通过直接酯化法合成了己二酸三乙醇胺酯(EA),将EA与氯乙酸钠进行季铵化反应制备了超支化季铵盐抗静电剂(AEA)。结果表明:季铵化反应时间7 h,反应温度80℃,反应物物质的量之比n(EA):n(氯乙酸钠)=1:1时,AEA的转化率可达到74.2%。AEA整理涤纶织物的半衰期为0.4 s,电阻5.4×10^9Ω。洗涤10次后,半衰期为2.3 s,电阻6.2×10^10Ω,远低于未整理的涤纶织物,表明AEA抗静电剂具有良好的耐洗涤效果。
Using triethanolamine and adipic acid as raw materials,triethanolamine hexanediate(EA)is synthesized by direct esterification under p-toluene sulfonic acid,and hyperbranched quaternary ammonium salt antistatic agent(AEA)is prepared by the quaternary ammonium reaction of EA and sodium chloroacetate.The results show that the quaternization reaction time is 7 h,the reaction temperature is 80℃,and reactant molar ratio of n(EA)to n(sodium chloroacetate)is 1:1,the conversion rate of AEA can reach 74.2%.The half-life of AEA finishing polyester fabric is 0.4 s,and the resistance is 5.4×10^9Ω.After 10 washing times,the polyester features the half-life of 2.3 s,and the resistance of 6.2×10^9Ω,which is much lower than that of the unfinished,it is said that the AEA antistatic agent has good washing resista nee.
