摘要
采用蛋白酶对精纺毛织物进行预处理,再对处理过的织物进行有机氟拒水拒油整理。通过对二步处理后织物的拒水拒油性能、弯曲刚度和透气性的测试,以及采用综合评分法对多指标正交试验结果进行分析,确定了较好的蛋白酶预处理方案。实验结果表明:蛋白酶对织物表面进行预处理,可以提高织物的拒水拒油性、弯曲刚度和透气性能,用蛋白酶预处理时较好方案为:用量5%(owf)、处理时间50 min、温度45℃。
This article used protease pretreatment to deal with worsted fabrics, and then to sort the dealt fabric with organic fluorine water-and oil-repellent.Through testing water-and oil-repellent properties,bending stiffness and permeability of fabrics treated by two-step process,and multi-target orthogonal experimental results were analyzed using the comprehensive pointrating method,the better protease pretreatment was identified.The results showed that after fabric protease pretreatment,the water-and oil-repellent,fabric of bending stiffness and permeability of fabric can be improved,and the better solutions of proteinase pretreatment was: 5%(owf),50 min,45 ℃.
